Wendy, thats a horrrible story. Some people have no consideration for others! I hope your DH knows the effort you went through !
My husbands previous boss (who everyone HATED) intentionally parked at a Handicapped spot at their company , it made him SICK that she did this... between him and his coworkers, word quickly spread and word got 'upstairs' and she was asked to show her handicap permit !! She felt like a ball of dust when she had to tell them that HER MOM (80 something) is the one that has it! SHAME SHAME ON HER !!

I probably would've pulled into the spot, rolled down the window and asked that he move. When he refused, I would've leaned on my horn until he did. But don't listen to me...I can get crazy when it comes to things like this!

Being elderly does not automatically mean you should get respect. At any age, respect begets respect. Give it to me, and I'll give it back.
