Go to the city tomorrow. I have only been back on LI for not even 48 hours and I feel like I have spread myself too thin for the weekend (ok, excluding tonight). I promised a good friend of mine that I would come visit for the day in the city, but I would like to just stay home and see my parents. Would it be rude if I call her in the morning? I just feel bad because I haven't seen her in a long time, but I am just worn out.

I would tell her that you are truly beat from the trip and can she either meet you half way or come to you. If not make then remake firm plans with her and stick to them.

Yeah, this is one of those things that I just know I am not going to go. I was really psyched about seeing her, but now I am not wanting to travel.
