Don't You Hate

When FH goes along with a situation with his Fam to keep the peace but you know it really makes him upset? And I hate watching him feed into his sometimes dillusional Family. They planned a congrats dinner for his sister who really didn't achiev what they are celebrating AND THEY DIDN'T INVITE ME TO COME! Not like I would go but still

ewww how rude...he should tell them he isnt going since you his soon to be wife isnt invited..even if u dont want to go

His family sounds ver similar to Fh's family.

why wouldn't they invite you? you are getting married to their son in less than 3 weeks. what was the reasoning behind that?
if someone did that to me, FH would just tell them straight out that if i don't go, he doesn't go.
Its irrelevant if you want to be there or not

ummm..sorry, so what? so what if i don't get out of work until 8pm? that' doesn't mean that i should at least get an invite! At least you can make the decision if you want to go or not or can make it because of your work schedule.
the fact that you weren't even invited would piss me off but it would make me even more upset that FH is not sticking up for me. he should have asked why you weren't invited and that he wouldn't go unless you were

He took the blame like he should have invited me even though o couldn't make it. Which I understand but no one saod anytjing to me. Like FMIL wants to call me and tell me to let FH sleep Easter Sunday because the night before was his Bachelor Party but cant call to invite me?
