...people insist that you've received an email???

Someone called me the other day to follow up on an email she sent. I told her I hadn't received her email and she went on about how she understands that sometimes emails get accidentally deleted, or overlooked, etc.

I told her, no, I never received it.

SHE: Oh, you must get so many, they just get lost.

ME: Nope, sorry, didn't get YOURS.

Are you sure you don't have Yahoo?

That happens all the time with Tom.
I'll ask him a question, and he'll respond with 'Didn't you get the email I sent?'

Ummmmm, if I didn't get it - I don't know about it.....

I love when we send an e-mail to a company...a few days later we follow-up on it and they say they never rec'd it...turns out their spam filter classified it as porn because it picked up 'Association'..A$$... Oh geez!
