Double sided favor tags

Good morning ladies

Does anyone know where I can find a template for double sided favor tags? I've been trying to do it in powerpoint and I can't get the front and back to line up correctly. I know with a little more time and patience I could make it work but thought I'd ask you ladies for help before I go through all the trouble.

Thanks in advance
