how many of your FH's actually got down on one knee when they propsed??
mine didn't - the poor guy was so nervous he said if he tried he would have fell!!!
but now i am beginning to think i may have gotten duped....

same here....then I almost passed out, so I was leaning on him, and he was trying to stay up and keep me up. I felt so bad for him!

At first mine didnt because he had to literally hold me in place (I was running in circles for a few seconds when he pulled the ring out, lol). But then after I said yes and I was calmer he got down on one knee and asked me all over again

Nope we were on a gondala.. they wouldnt allow him to move from his seat and he would have feel in.. that would have no been good!

John did! We were in our apartment and I was sitting on the love seat. I pulled out a teddy bear that had a clear heart in it. In the heart was the ring. John got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The first words out of my mouth after I saw the ring was 'Oh my God, what is this?'

mine did, gave a speech and got down on one knee in the rain i was shocked.... but was so nervous he handed me the ring in the box and i had to hand it back to him to put it on my finger

Mine couldn't. We were crammed in my sister's kitchen for Passover dinner and there was no room. He said he wouldnt have - its not him. It was still quite romantic regardless!
Same here - He had no room in the restaurant because the tables were so close together. I know he wouldn't have done it even if there was room....
