Hi ladies, okay so after much consideration and having NO CLUE how I am going to afford this. I need to get lasik done b4 the wedding My eyes are just simply rejecting my contacts and I have already worn my glasses for MONTHS with no change...... Has anyone gone to Dr. Donnenfeld and can tell me your experiences, am I in good hands? (Mind you- I remember some girls talking about him, which is why I think I might go to him) Is it crazy expensive??

i used him!!!! so did my FH and a bunch of my friends... he is great!!!!!!!!!! yes it is expensive but its soooo worth it... i think its around $4700.. i got it done in august b/c i was having problems with my contacts as well and i dont regret it at all.. no worries about putting in and taking out contacts everyday.. and i can actually see the clock when i wake up

LOL! I would loooooooooove to see the clock without squinting really hard Hopefully everything goes well when I meet with him.... I just have to figure out how to pay for it lol

They have financing- and its kinda high if you cant pay it off in a year.... Im thinking of putting half down (using my tax return) and then either finance the other half or slap it on a credit card bc I just really cant afford it with the wedding coming up....... and I really wanted to put it off until after the wedding- but I am miserable with my glasses
