Dr. Oz 3 day Cleanse/Detox

Wanted to share what I started yeseterday.

3 Days - Smoothies at every meal.

Ok so I know it sounds terrifying. no real food for 3 days?! I am on my 2nd day and let me tell you - this is the BEST cleanse I have EVER done. And I've tried three or four and failed within the first few hours. I was SHOCKED that I made it through the first day - and was even too full to have the dinner drink!

Everyday you wake up and have green tea with a lemon slice and a packet of truvia.

There is a breakfast drink, a lunch drink, a snack (you choose your favorite drink and make it again) and a dinner drink.

So far the breakfast drink is amazing - lunch is good, but Ive read SO many reviews saying it is gross - but I like a more 'earthy' tasting smoothie (greens). I haven't tried the dinner one yet, but it has Cayanne Pepper in it. So I am a little nervous lol.

I drink a TON of water and green tea in between and was full all day yesterday. You are also supposed to take a detox bath everynight of epsom salt and lavendar (CVS has a bag of actual Lavendar espsom salt - its amazing)

I also drink a 'skinny tea' to get me movin' - if you know what I mean lol. before bed. Passed out early and woke up with so much energy this morning!

Felt a little tired around 11, but I am still goin' strong. It is taking me more than an hour to fninish the lunch drink because I'm not at that starving stage - yet.

Overall I think I can make it through one more day, I am nervous about tomorrow but fingers crossed!

Anyone ever do this cleanse? thoughts? reviews? I have to say the first day I was tired at around 7pm, felt hungry around 9pm and my stomach was really bloated to the point where I looked pregnant. I opted to tell my boyfried I was having Ryan Goslings baby, but this morning, the bloat was gone. Both Ryan, the baby, and mother are doing just fine =P
