Subject: Dollar Dance

Ladies, I am paying the exorbitant amount of $75 a head at Oheka Castle on a Saturday night. Should I have a dollar dance to offset the cost? What do you think? Or maybe a cash bar?

TIA.

Damn, I am bored.

There's no way you could be paying that at Oheka!

No worries, I am not a real bride. Just poking fun. I don't want to cause real 'drama' so I will leave it at that.

Do you really want an HONEST ANSWER

of course i do....unless you don't tell me what i want to hear, then you can go scratch!! [/QUOTE

Hahahahah!!!

Well, I have TWO dilemmas!! I picked the richest girls I know to be my bridesmaids, because you know, after all, they should have the cash upfront to pay for couture gowns, elaborate gifts for me, etc. Can you believe they are giving my poor mother a hard time because they are upset that the bridal itinerarries they were issued included a SASE envelope to put the $4,000 a piece needed for my bridal shower?!? Can you believe these ungreatful losers? I mean, c'mon! I put the dammed stamp on them!! Talk about cheapos!!! What did they think, that MY party was going to be free???

Ughhhh, and another bridesmaid had the nerve to go get herself pregnant after TTC'ing with her husband for four years. Hello??? You couldn't have timed your procreation a little better?? What about MY pictures? I told her she was OUT of the VIP bridal party. There is no way she is going to ruin MY DAY with her pregnant self in my pictures!

Wow - and I thought I had all the trouble! I mean, is it really so much to ask of these girls? After all the YEARS of work you have put into letting them be friends with you? They must not comprehend the untold sacrifices you have made during your friendship which I'm sure are NOTHING compared to the modest financial requirement you've politely requested!

Don't even get me started on a pregnant BM! I can't fathom the negligence she is showing with respect to her duties if she has had the time to TTC with her husband. Are you sure she will even bother to show up to your wedding at all?!?!?!?!

One think you might consider is doing tip jar centerpieces. I'm thinking about getting those big brandy snifter looking ones. Of course you'll need to 'seed' them with some $$ up front but I think your guests will catch on quickly and pony up the dough!

Re: Drama Thread

I CANNOT believe it! I just found out that my great-grandfather is planning on bringing his exotic dancer girlfriend to my wedding!

What makes it worse is that he isn't even my real great-grandfather - he's just this guy who my mom felt bad for back in the day. She told us that he was our great grandfather and I only found out a few years ago that he was really a stranger!

Anyway, it wouldn't be so bad if Tawny owned normal clothes (she's actually kind of nice) but I've never seen her wearing more than 15 square inches of fabric in her entire outfit.

Should I say something to him? Have my mom do it? HELP!

Help!

My Second Cousins Stepdaughters foster child is offended we did not ask her to be our flower girl. We have only met her one time. And we do not even know her name. My Second Cousins Mom (My Cousin) will not come if we do not ask this girl to be in our wedding.

What do we do??
