dreaming of dresses

i have been looking at so many magazines and websites that even when I am sleeping I wake up dreaming of trying on wedding dresses.. Am I alone.???? I had another dream that i had the dress in my house and couldnt find it. Nightmare.

How do I get the wedding out of my head ??? I need a break when I am sleeping I wake up tired I swear I have wedding dress sleeping anxiety attacks.
