dress alterations

Hello ladies

Has anyone ever thought about changing the 'look' of your dress....I'd like to make changes to my dress...such as adding a waistline and perhaps changing the look of the skirt. Does anyone know of a capable seamtress to actually do something like this??

I'd say your best bet is to make an appointment with Phyllis bring your dress there, tell them what u want to see if they can do it, bring the dress in and she'll give you an estimate on $ if she can do it.
She is really really resonable and sweet to deal with
