Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me, when should I call to make my appointment for my alterations for my wedding dress? getting married on 10/5 and don't know apporoximately how long it would take . I already have my dress and bought it at David's.
That's just one of the many things on my list to look into.

I was told i would be cutting it short if i waited more then 2 months b4. so i guess 3 to 4 months b4.

In my opinion, if they knew what they were doing, they would give you an approximate date, or even give you an appointment to have it done. Not sure how they work though. Good luck.

I was told around 8 weeks b4 for the first one. Ask the people where you got your dress.. they'll tell you

I got mine at David's Bridal too for my August wedding and they told me to bring it in for alterations no later than early March.

when I bought my dress they told me to call to make the appointment for about now but I thought that was too early since I'm not getting married till October, hmmmmmm.
