Dress Anxiety?

Has anyone had dress anxiety after they put their deposit down?


If you saw my post from earlier this week in 2013 brides, you'll know that i had a great Kleinfelds experience last Friday and I chose a beautiful Pnina Tornai dress (and got a great discount because it was the trunk show).

It was only my 3rd appointment, and on my second appt at another place (about a month ago), i had tried on a beautiful Amalia Carrara-Eve of Milady dress. I wanted to try it on and compare the two at Kleinfelds, but they didn't have the dress in their inventory. Everyone in my group LOVED the Pnina, but none of them had seen the Amalia because i went with just my MOH who was not at the Kleinfelds appt...i wasn't expecting to find anything. Basically i felt like i had to make a choice, and since everyone loved the Pnina and the price was right, I put a deposit down.

What's weird is that the night i got home from Kleinfelds, i was watching a new episode of Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta and the AMALIA DRESS WAS ON IT. First time i had ever seen it on television or in a magazine or anything. Is it a sign? I love BOTH dresses and they're very similar...i just cant make up my mind.

So since Friday i've had nothing but anxiety about the situation.. wondering if i made the right choice. I called kleinfelds and put a hold on the Pnina order, asked if they would be able to order the Amalia dress if i did change my mind, and then made an appt for this Friday to try the dress on again. At least i'll know that I tried it on again and will be confident in my choice.

::Sigh:: i'm so indecisive.

Honestly only you can make the decision but if you are having second thoughts about your decision I think you owe it to yourself to try both on again. This time I would take your moh as well as some others to both and see if anyone changes their mind. When I had it narrowed down to 2 dresses I had my mind made up on a dress. When I sent my best friend the 2 picks she said the other dress looked a million times better on me than my original choice. So I ordered the 1 she preferred and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I have a model pic of the Amalia Carrara but no pics of the Pnina cuz it's brand new and they're really bad at updating the website (i even emailed them to see if they had any). I don't want to post just one because then i know i'll get a biased reaction.

They are both mermaid/trumpet style with very grand bottoms...the Pnina has a deep v sweetheart neckline with swarovski jewels and the AC has a regular sweetheart with swarovski crystals. They are both corset but the Pnina is an actual tied corset while the AC has a zipper i believe, and all down the zipper on both sides there are swarovski crystals.

Both gorgeous. Really tough decision.
