made an appt for today at a local bridal shop, monicas bridal. made an appt. for pronovias on sep 10th and kleinfeld on sep 24th!
its starting to get real :)
any suggestions on other shops??

I got my gown at Monica's! I also went to Pronovias which I liked and Kleinfelds, which I didn't. You could try Helen's, Bridal Elegance, Lovely Bride and Lillete's. Good luck!

i went to pronovias and kleinfeld also, but loved the boutique shopping experiences at Lovely Bride and Modern Trousseau (both in Manhattan). Modern Trousseau has a really nice selection of dresses with lace, if you like that style. I ended up ordering my dress from Lovely.

the bridal shop ended up being empty. weird, i was the only bride in there. but it was fun because i got to try a lot on.
ended up loving a casablanca lace dress. but the search is still on. thanks gals!
