Does anyone know of a place, where you can buy a bridal gown without it having to be ordered, like cash and carry? I've heard commack wedding center has a section like that but if there any other bridal shops like that?

I second that. I was just there on Saturday w/ my cousin and there was a girl there who was going to a wedding later that day and buying her BM dress!! Don't know the full story on that but, !!

yeah they have some stuff you can walk out the door with as long as you dont need anything custom done to it. and as long as they have your size! and more often then not they will have your size they carry a ton! the dress i got had color and their samples only come in red so i had to order mine to get it in the green i wanted

yea i would def try davids bridal..i was there a few weeks ago and they dont even let u touch the dresses b/c they dont want u to get them dirty for the people who buy on the spot..they were very helpful and nice i would go check them out..good luck

If you are a size 6 - 10, I would recommend the Bridal Garden in NYC. They do carry larger sizes as well, but they dont have much to choose from. They carry designer dresses for almost nothing. Profits go to charity.

lotus bridal in brooklyn always has their samples for sale. They are usually a size 8 or 10 but can be altered a size or two down, and maybe 1 size up. The seamstress there is awesome!
