Dress color simply 'white' ?

My dress color is soimply listed as 'white' - not diamond white, etc. How will I know if my veil is going to match? I am looking at Barron's in TriCounty soon - and I am concerned that the white of my dress won't match other 'whites.'

What do you think?

Get a swatch of your dress.
That's how I picked the veil color.
You will need it anyway to be able to match shoes.

Would I go to the shop for a swatch? Or can I take it off my dress? Haven't looked too carefully at the inside to see if there is a swatch in it!

Most likely they'll have to order it from the manufacturer, there wont be a swatch inside the dress... My swatch took longer to come in than my dress, and I ordered it the same day (I think the store forgot to place the order though)!!!

You want the swatch to come from the same dye lot as your dress if at all possible, and there may be a charge for that (mine was $20) but its worth it. Good luck!!!!

Go back to the shop and ask them for a color swatch from your dress manufacturer. They usually have swatches available. They may be able to mail it to you.
You still have a lot of time to get a veil

same - white is pretty much white, as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't even begin to discern a difference.
