Dress discount

Is it a good idea to pay for a dress in full to get a 20% discount when every other salon won't go over 10%. They all said they didn't want to jeopardize their relationship with the designer.

My dress was only 10% off. So they said they would throw my tiara in for free.
They had that priced at 180.
And I was able to get 150 off my veil as well. And I really didnt pay too much. They could tell I wasn't budging budget lol

The salon that said only 10% was going to throw in the belt I was lookig at for free. It was $250, which would equal out to the 20% fromt he other salon. Ahhhh decisions!
