Dress Drama

Dress Drama

As many of you know my dress, my mother's and my bridemaids dresses are still not in. I have been calling and calling to find out what the hell is going on. No one would get back to me. My father over heard me complaining at our Father's Day B'que...so yesterday he contacted the bridal suite...and guess what...my dress has been in for nearly 2 wks.
I'm going to visit t tonight. I m just tick off that it takes a Man to intervene to get things done....I would think that a shop owned and run by women would be professional towards other woman....I think we just took a step back into 1950.

I'm sorry, my dad would have done the same thing. Did they tell you it wasn't in when it was?

I called and called...and they kept telling me that the owner would call me back,...and she never did. Aparently no one else in the shop has the ability to see if a dress is there. So unprofessional. I'm still waiting for my mom's dress and my bridesmaids...but she told my dad that they should be here next week.

But truthfully...I have been in so many bridal parties...and it doesn't matter where you go....all bridal suites seem to have issues. I know very few brides who had a great experience all the way through....I am extremly annoyed....but I wont say anything until its time to actually take my dress home...so the day before the wedding I will make my official complaint to them.

WHAT??! they have SOME nerve!!

I'm really glad it's in though. you must be so relieved!

ETA: You should definitely take it somewhere else for alterations. they don't deserve anymore of your business.
