Dress fitting?

Do I call them to make an appointment,or do they call me. When do I need to start going for my fittings?

You usually have to contact them to set up the appointment. I heard from other LIW brides that you should start 2-3 months before your wedding.

They should tell you when your dress comes in when you should make your first appt...for ex: my dress came in last week and they told me to make an appt at the end of May...
So I'm going to call them and make an appt for the middle to end of May.

My dress came in April 5, I went to visit it on the 13th, and made my appointment for my first fitting for August 12.

i'm 2 days before you...my dress came in last week and i had my viewing on friday. my first fitting is May 2nd.

My first fitting is May 11. I was in the shop looking at veils and just scheduled it.

You would contact them and it is typically about 3 months before the wedding that you start.
