dress fitting?

when do you go for you first one?
how many fittings do you have???

they'll call you when your dress is in, and then you schedule your first appt.

and as for fittings, it can range from 2 to as many as you need.

How far in advance should this be? If the wedding is June 5th, when should I schedule the first fitting?

Usually around 6-8 wks before the wedding.

Your salon will call you when your dress comes in and tell you when you need to schedule your fittings. I believe they give you 2-3 fittings which is standard but if after the 1st one they know you need more they will arrange for it.

Your 1st one should be about 1-1 1/2 months b4 the wedding and the last one should be about 2 weeks b4 the wedding. Sometimes its 1 week.

If your wedding is in June you should def have your 1st fitting should be middle to end of April.

I actually did not have my first fitting until 1 month before my wedding, and had 2 after that. No need to panic yet at all, but if you're concerned just put a call in to your bridal salon.

i just wanted to see what everyone else does!
i want to make it at the end of april to loose some more weight first!!!! so stressful!!!!

My wedding's in June too and I'm putting it off til early May for the first fitting because I've been losing weight and working out as well. I'll then have another one close to the date.
