Dress Fitting Pics

So tonight I had my first dress fitting and I have to say I came away a little disappointed. While I was there trying it on I was happy and really liked it but now when I look at the pictures I don't like the way the dress fits me compared to the pictures of me in the sample. I know it had to be taken in a bunch (sample was a 10 and my dress is a 12) and I'm really just hoping that once it's all done I'll like the way it's shaped a little more but as of right now I'm just 'eh so-so' about it. I don't go for my next fitting for another 3 weeks which is pretty much the week before the wedding. I'm hoping they get ir right,

My dress had to be taken in at least 3 sizes when I got it altered. It looked like a potato sack on me during my first fitting. I was miserable. When I went back for my second fitting i was SOOOO pleased. I see Rosalie is doing the fittings for you? She did mine and did an incredible job. Don't be sad. See what happens at the nxt fitting and make sure you are honest with them about the things you want changed! You will be stunning, i know it!

That is Rosalie!! She was so sweet to me. But boy is she NO NONSENSE!! She kicked my sister, one of my BMs and Kayla right out of the room. They had to look at me in shifts. LOL!!! But I really liked her. She definitely listened which was nice and didn't try to talk me into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with.

I know I have to wait to see the finished product, a pinned dress isn't a good indication of what it is going to look like when it's all finished. I'm just nervous. I kept saying 'this is THE dress' 'I'm getting married in THIS DRESS' It's a weird feeling.

You look beautiful!! Love the dress AND the veil!! So exciting!!

Totally a surreal feeling, right? i remember it! Rosalie is certainly all business but she is a lovely woman and very talented! Please tell her I said hi. Tell her little Lauren who used tow ork there! lol

It really looks lovelyo n you already, I can only imagine what a knockout you will be when it is fitted perfectly...which it WILL be!

Thank you my love. I think just because the sample was SO fitted this one looks a little sloppy right now. I'm just being a baby really, it did need to be taken in a bunch on the sides.

the dress is unbelievable and u look so glamorous and absolutely elegantly gorgeous (love the bird cage! )

after I saw my dress when it just came in I was kicking myself for picking it. I kept comparing to the sample and how much better it all looked. I even got into my head that the dress was made differently than the sample and the front was so plain and ugly
BUT after the 1st round of fittings and alterations (I had 3) I was stunned! it looked so amazing!
ur dress is very visibly big on u, just wait to form opinions AFTER trying it on when the alterations are done

Gina you look beautiful! I think everyone feels like that at their first fitting. That is why there are fitting so it will look perfect when they are done.

um .. WHAT?!?!

That dress is BEAUTIFUL on you!!! When they take it in youre going to love it. Why dont you go in two weeks just in case they need to take it in more you have more time? Ive had three fittings so far and I have a 4th tonight because I lost more weight.

When you see it altered youre going to LOVE it!!!
