Well I just found out that by the time of my wedding one of my BM's will be pretty pregnant- about 8 months to be exact. I had this perfect plan of what all of the girls will look like and now I have to find a dress for this one BM. Good thing we haven't purchased the dresses-- that will be next weekend.
Does anyone know of a designer that makes maternity dresses in a similar style to their regular BM line? I need help desperately... I want to have the girls order the dresses next weekend. Help???

For the pregnant BM try to go for an empire waist it is easier to alter and more comfortable for her!

yes this is possible
i was having a hard time finding a dress for the girls and finding a maternity dress for my MOH
she too will be 8 months pregnant
we chose an empire waisted dress...its easy for them to alter since they would just add a panel of material in the middle or whereever...
you should be fine..i told all the seamstresses and sales lady my dilemma and i got the same response from all of them

Off topic, but kind of funny. One of my best friends and bm's is really petite, about 4'11 and when we picked out bm dresses to try on, I gave her a maternity dress!! We kept thinking that something was wrong with the dress but the attendant came over and explained! I think we were in Bridal Reflections, so they carry them, I think Macy's in manhassat does as well.

,my sister in law was 9 months pregnant... and she got a maternity gown from watters and watters in the same color/dye ot as the rest of the girls... it was a little bit different-- but no one noticed at all!!
and the best part was she was comfortable all day!! FM me or see my review... can show you more pics of her
