Dress for shower
Is this okay to wear, or too dressy?
I was planning on wearing it exactly like in the pic with black tights and black pumps but with a black cardigan over it also.
What do you guys think?

My dress looks like that! The bottom is Kelly green, and the top is black, but its the same cut
