Dress in less than 4 months?

Anyone either themselves or know anyone that has gotten a dress in under 4 months. And i mean picked it out; ordered it; got it; had it altered all in under 4 months?

FH & I are eloping & having a DW next April! Can't deal w/the wedding stress anymore. Just need to see if I can get a dress THAT soon!!! Going this weekend to Lilettes they said they can help me; just not sure how many options i'll have in such short notice.

I picked my dress and ordered it on 4/24 and got married on 11/6. It came in around 9/10 and I brought it home 10/24 with 3 dress fittings. Hope that helps.

stores can definitely do it but you'll probably incur rush charges. my cousin got married in 6 weeks once because it was a shotgun wedding and she had to pay ridic rush fees.

Maybe you can try getting a sample dress from somewhere?

A friend of mine who is planning her wedding in basically 2 months was able to get her dress on time from David's Bridal (with time to spare)

I ordered my dress from David 2nd wk of June for Oct wedding. Dress came in early Aug.

I just ordered a second dress for my wedding which is in April. It will get here in March so I don't see why it would be a problem.

I went to Kleinfelds 4 months before my wedding because I hated my first dress .. They were awesome!!

Mine was a sample... so it was available the second i had the cash... I just waited forever to get everything done.

look for sample sales coming up... you'll find something.

besides that, you can ask the store to do a rush order.. it'll just cost you a lot more $$.

alfred angelo dress take about 3 months to come in Im sure you can have it alter within the four months as well
