Some of you may remember me posting earlier this week about the rhinestones on my dress 'oxidizing' and turning black.
I finally got the nerve to call and the girl told me that I needed to speak with a manager about it..fine - no problem. I'll call back tomorrow and deal with that...
In the meantime - i checked them out online on the BBB website (don't know why - i just wanted to see their track record) and they have an UNSATISFACTORY rating. They have had 19 disputes...
I'm starting to get upset and really nervous....

Bridaltown in Pennsylvania.. I had a great experience there...but now i'm nervous... They also said my bra isn't in yet - and that was ordered like 2 months ago...

What is the manufacturer of the dress? It seems like using really cheap rhinestones might be the dress-maker's fault?

Yes! When - that part I don't know...but WOW!!! We HAVE to get together!!!! I wanted to do it while on vacation in early september - but since my bra isn't in yet - i can't...

It's one of those that doesn't say the manufacturer...i've NEVER been able to find a dress that looks like mine... I think it said Bridals By Jules on it when I got it...

That was like - the quickest phone call ever.
He said I have to drop the dress off to them and they will take a look and see what's going on with it - to see what they can do & we'll go from there...

I know you always build up for the worst. Atleast I know I do. I get very stressed before having to make a phone call like that. Glad it worked out.

I'm a big believer in planning for the worst - so I can be surprised & happy by the opposite happening. I've gone too many in my life expecting the best only to be let down....
