Is it possible that the store will let you have the sample of the dress? I feel like if they can't get you a new dress you will have to get a sample.

They don't carry the smple there...The samnple dress took 3 weeks for them to get because there is only one of them going around the country....Not many stores carry this designer (or dress)

You never know the manufacturer may be able to get you another dress. I don't think it actually takes them 6-8 months to make dresses. I am going to keep my fingers crossed for you! This is not something you need to stress over a month before the wedding.

Agreed. When it's crunch time I've seen them get a dress to a bride in a week tops. You still have a little time!! I'm crossing my fingers for you!!!

I went for my first dress fitting 2 weeks ago and I was potentially going to have them order a new dress for me because I thought there was something wrong with mine. I made a ton of changes to my dress and they said that might be the only thing that would hold it up. If you are ordering the dress as is I would make them get you a new one RUSHED

ye it def looks different. like they rushed thru making urs and didnt go by the design.

I say wait for the manufacturer to get back to u and the salon and in the meanwhile keep hassling the salon for what they suggest to be ur contingency plan in case manufacturer refuses to do anything

for u that everything works out

Can one of their tailors fix it? What salon was this? They really should rectify it. It looks super loose. Is it any better bustled?

Could any alterations make the back look better? What if you just wear it bustled ?

Sorry this is happening to you!
