I'm hoping one of you ladies could help me with this question. I found a dress that I like online, but no store that I have called has a sample of it. How do I go about seeing it in person? What if I tell them to order it, then I don't like it on? I've not really done any dress shopping and am about to begin. Any advice or help would be great!!

Who is the designer and style number? (FM me if you want) I had the same issue with my dress and after calling atIeast 15 stores I actually found it at a store that was not listed on the deisgners site as an authorized dealer.

There are so many beautiful dresses out there that you can see in person and try on. Don't risk spending a lot of money then not liking the dress in person. Good luck.

DO NOT buy a dress you haven't seen. Call some stores to see if they carry it.
And just start dress shopping and trying on all different gowns. You will quickly learn that most gowns are MUCH different in person than in the pictures. The gowns I loved in pics I hated in person (this was my personal experience) -- so if I had bought from a pic alone, I'd have been in bad shape!

I agree , you've got to see that dress on you before you buy it! I thought I was completely set on one style of dress and once I started trying dresses on I went the complete opposite direction with the dress I bought!!

Thank you everyone!! I actually found a store that has it. I spent two hours on the phone but I have tracked it down!! EEEKKK I'm so excited I am going to try it tonight. I can't wait! Thank you again for your responses.
