When do they bustle my dress? Before cocktail hour, after first dance? Or some time else?

I'm not sure...I'm thinking sometime after the ceremony/pictures but before the CH is when I'm going to have it done.

i think it depends .... if i was taking pics after the ceremony, i'd want it un-bustled ... but we did pics before there ceremony (unbustled) and then we attended the CH.
if you have ceremony -> pics -> reception, i'd bustle before reception (or before CH if you're going to walk around there)

Thanks for the help. My mom said after the first dance and I didn't think that seemed right. I don't want to trip on my dress

I only have a chapel train, so it is not that long on me. we are doing ceremony - pics - CH - reception. I plan to leave the dress unbustled until after the first dance. I think it is a personal choice, I don't think I would do it this way if the train were longer.

I did mine after the ceremony and the tons of pictures and before I went out for the cocktail hour.
