Dress Shawl

so the weather is a bit chilly lately and most of my pics for the wedding are outside on the grounds

I am debating a little shawl or Shrug to walk around in while we are outside in between pics etc....

I know i want to do the pictures fast and get them done with prior to the party...

dont know what to do, i have my last fitting tonight.
Dress is in albums...

My grandmother is making my shawl...something along these lines (as far as I know, she's keeping it a surprise!):



Why not ask the alterations ladies what they recommend. Do they have any in stock? Where they suggest buying from? OR if they could make you something (possibly from the extra fabric from your dress or from fabric from a family members dress)?

If not that, why not try Etsy?!

im in the same boat. i need to find something. i dont like anything i found on etsy.

someone here recommended fabulousfurs.com - which has a bunch of faux fur shrugs/capes/boleros/etc. there are a few i liked here - especially this one

Actually, I'm not planning on wearing one....I have a feeling I'm going to be on the warm side that day... maybe I will just bring a heavier silver shawl that I have and keep it in the bridal suite just in case. Get something you can maybe wear again?

my dress came with one which i didnt care if it was 30 degrees i was so against wearing it but honestly i left it in the limo the whole time and didnt even think about putting it on... i lucked out and had a gorgeous day but there was a breeze... your so high on the day you dont feel it lol
