How many dresses did you try on before finding the one? How many stores did you go to? I went dress shopping today for the first time and tried on about 10 dresses. I think I found the one, but I'm wondering if it's too soon and haven't looked enough. Wondering if there could be something even better out there. The dress is a Reem Acra ball gown and it's really beautiful. I thought I would try on 50 dresses before making a decision, so I'm just in shock that the process was so quick. Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks girls.

one store...dress number 5 was the one. i tried on another 10 or so after that (so about 15 all together).
when you know - you know. i couldn't do another day of that nonsense....super happy i found it the first day and put a deposit down. no regrets and no turning back.
i'd also like to add - if you want to be totally sure - there is no harm in continuing to look and then going back and trying on the dress you love again. you don't have to feel like you are missing out on anything then.

I only went to 1 store as well. I totally was NOT expecting to find the dress on my first trip shopping but everything just fell into place. It was about the 4th or 5th dress I tried on and I knew it was the one. I still tried on about 4 more dresses after it just to make sure.
Just go with your gut I will say though, that if you feel like you need to do a little more shopping and you weren't passing up some insane deal on the dress you fell in love with, it doesn't hurt to look around more, just for peace of mind.

I went all over creation and tried on probably close to 100 dresses....
The best advice I can give you is that if you're unsure keep looking. And regardless of sure/unsure go back to try the dress on again. I found that with 2 dresses I really liked when I put them on again they just fell flat, but the one I got I put it on and loved it more every time.
There will always be another dress out there if you keep looking, but if you love your dress and can see yourself getting married in it then stop looking.
