Dress shopping @ Bridal Reflections

Dress shopping @ Bridal Reflections

I went dress shopping over the weekend and went to about 3 places. I have to say Bridal Reflections of Massapequa had such wonderful customer service. My bridal consultant was AMAZING. Spent so much time with me and explained everything to me. If you girls haven't gone yet do not hesitate. They have a huge selection great prices, and wonderful staff.

They were great for trying on dresses...until the manager gets involved to close the deal!! Watch out cause they lied to me about a few things and I called them out on it and they just kept going , even when i proved them wrong with the internet on my iphone... i didn't like the way they do business...

It's funny how different experiences we all have with stores. I went with my bff (wedding in OCT) and we weren't super impressed. The consultant was blah, and we felt like we were 'just another number' really.

Glad it went well for you! I have yet to begin my dress hunt. Scared!

I didn't end up buying my dress there but I went to the Massapequa store as well and had a nice experience, the sales associate was very helpful and sweet.
I had gone to the Carle Place store first, she explained to me that they carry the more expensive dresses there, starting at $2K and up. For my budget she recommened I visit the Massepequa store as there dresses start at about $1200.

We went for Bridesmaid dresses to Massapequa and HATED it. The girls did not help us at all, they just sat up at the desk in the front, and sighed when we asked them to pull other dresses or help pin my MOH's sample dress. I couldn't get out of there quick enough.
We left, went to David's Bridal in Carle Place and believe it or not, they had the most helpful women and the best attitudes. I went back with the FH and we picked the dresses, they set us up in the comp, and my girls are effortlessly ordering their dresses right now.
I am so happy I am not making anyone in my life have to deal with Bridal Reflections Bridesmaids Division. Although I have heard good things about the Bridal area of BR.
It crazy how so many people could have such different experiences. Good Luck :)

I worked with Nicole and she was a doll so helpful but not in a pushy way ... and she knows her stuff...

I guess it depends on who you work with... i went to another Bridal Store which everyone raves about but did not get the same experience so having a great bridal consultant may help

That is so true. I have not even gone shopping yet for my dress and I am under a year, b/c I am so nervous to have bad experiences and not helpful attendants! But, I am going August 20 with FMIL, Stepmom & MOH. I really need to get on the ball, it's the only big thing I have left! :)
