scared..... not sure why. I don;t even know how to start if that makes sense......

Did u guys take pictures with you
Would I am turned away b/c of my budget- so forth

I think you should know at least a style you are interested in. A particular designer may help. Things like how much beading you want would help.

Don't be scared....... I think it was the most fun so far. I did have a design in mind, though. Dresses are fun and everyone loves a new soon to be bride looking for a dress. You'll have fun, I promise

I took down style numbers and looked at those dresses in person and then also anything else that I thought might look nice. My dress was one that I liked online and it looked even better on me than I thought it would. I was worried that it woudn't look good.

dont be afraid to try styles that you thought you would never try on. I never thought I would buy a strapless dress but it ended up being 'the one' after I tried it on and fell in love with it!!!

Youll be fine its a fun process!!

I felt the same exact way before I went dress shopping and did not know why. As soon as I got to the store I was fine and as soon as I tried on my first dress, I was so excited to keep trying until I found the one.
Word of advice, even though it does not look good on the hanger, do not stop yourself from trying it on. If you always said you would never wear a certain style, try it on anyway so you are 100% sure you want to rule it out.
I had an idea of what I wanted, but ended up with a different style.
You can bring pictures, but you don't have to. If you go to a reputable place, they will help you pick ones out.

I wasn't nervous at all, but Cee you should have an idea of what you want. That helps alot, and then you work from there. Budget shouldn't be a problem, there are plenty of affordable dresses out there. You'll be ok girl, have faith!!

Taking pictures help..but have an open mind...I took pictures with me and my heart was set on a Monique Lhullier gown that looked so beautiful on other people but did not look good on me at all. The dress that i fell in love with was totally not in any of the pictures I took with me but it looked sooooooo good on.

I just went and it actually was fun and exciting to try on potential wedding gowns.. I went in with a vision of a dress that I wanted to wear and walked out loving something COMPLETELY different!!! I had a wonderful salesperson at Lillettes, named Pat and she was friendly and sweet and I hugged her when I was done!!!
