Dress shopping part 3....with pics

Hopefully you girls aren't getting sick of looking at me in these pics.......I just like to get opinions. My family and I went to David's today. I let my mom and sisters pick out dresses and finally the for the last dress, was one that I had liked from a magazine. Below are the pics of it.......

Here are my questions though:
1) I think it's pretty and you can't beat $500. Granted it's your one and only wedding, but I do not want to spend over a 1,000. Do you girls like some of the others better though?

2) Does that one straight kinda pull near the top of the skirt look wierd to you? I didn't notice it until I looked at the pic of it. It's even in the magazine pic so it's just the way the dress is. I'd have to think about that.

3) I have no chest. Would it be hard for me to keep up? David's dresses seemed harder to keep up than at other places where they clip you.

4) I'd have to drive to NJ to try it on in a 2. The 4 is still too big but I'm not sure if the 2 will be too short. If I do decided to go with this dress I'd want to know for sure. Don't you think?

its a pretty dress but. . . if you look at the boobs its almost like you can see cups through the dress - and that is with bad lighting and a regular camera. . . may show up more with prof pics

I think it looks beautiful on you. But, if you love the other one more, than you should go with the one you love if you can afford to. If you can't afford to, then this dress is stunning, you will be a beautiful bride no matter which you choose!

wow!!! that dress looks amazing on you!! i like this the best out of ALL of the other dresses you tried on!
It doesn't look weird at all..it looks perfect and it will hold your boobs in when its altered!!

This seems to be everyone's fav......and in talking to yelley she said it's a Mori Lee. I was told it was some japanese designer exclusive to Bayshore Bridal. Does anyone have the mori lee pic of this dress?

I plan on ordering from Burtons but not if it's an exclusive...

This one looks nice, but I still prefer #1 and #2 from your previous post. This one would be 3rd out of the total 5 dresses.

Admittedly, the pull in the front looks a bit off. Can the seamstress alter it if you like everything else with this dress?

I think the bust will look fine once you get the real dress.

Regarding the size, do David's dresses have different hem to hollow measurements between sizes 2 and 4? I thought the HTH for all sizes would be the same, and the difference would only be between regular length and petite sizes.

hahah when you said this I scrolled up and like pressed my face up against the comp monitor here at work to try and see it too haha
Do you think its just the detailing on the dress that makes it look see through almost. It looks like the beading or whatever it is is like surrounding her boobs

I agree! I like it the best too! Go with the one YOU like best though... and if you put another dress in your avatar i think that means something...

Wedding planning is causing me so much stress....I might be booking soon too...and trying to get the eparty set.......

I GOT 4 HOURS OF SLEEP LAST NIGHT

I'm totally in the minority here, but this one is my absolute favorite!!



It makes your boobs look quite substantial and I love straps... bring on the straps!!!

ETA: And the neckline is so stunning on your because of your collar bones... it accentuates them and it's gorgeous!

It is nice, but I think I like the other ones better---personally, I don't think it is worth a trip to NJ to try it on in a 2 if you are not positive about it
