Dress shopping this weekend!!

I have an appointment tomorrow At Bridal reflections in massapequa!!!
Any veteran shoppers have any tips or words of advice??
Also wondering if I tell them the actual date of my wedding ??

I have yet to go too, so I have no good advice....I plan to just try and remember the moment....I have been waiting for the day since I was like 5!

The type of dress I had in mind is totally different than the one I chose! Sometimes things look sooo much better on than hanging up so listen to your bridal attendant. Good luck!!!

My advice:

- Wear or bring a strapless bra with you

- Wear full coverage underwear (unless you don't care than thong away)

- Bring water with you and possibly a snack... taking those dresses on and off can get very tiring!

- you can bring a pair of heels with you if you want, but I feel most places have shoes available for you to try the dress on with.

- don't bring too many people with you. It's hard enough making this decision without having 128936184624 opinions thrown at you when you're trying to make it. Wait until you've found a few you like before considering bringing others to see it and ask their opinions (and even then choose wisely!)

- don't rush your decision. This is one of the best parts about the whole planning process so just enjoy it. When you do fine 'the one', shop around a little more to make sure and also shop around for pricing! You may be able to find a better deal elsewhere.

YAY! pretty dresses make us -brides- HAPPY!

I think it's a good idea to tell them the date just in case they need to order the dress and also alterations.
