They'll give you a long line bra if you ask for one, so I don't think you need it, but why not I guess.

Spanx are the devillllllll...sorry just kidding...i say no because if you find a dress you love without them just think of how much more comfortable you will be on your wedding, besides they strap you into one of those corset/bustierre things anyway. Really though its up to you!!

I definitely don't think it is necessary unles syou plan on wearing them on your wedding day. And I, for one, do not want FH ripping some spanx off me on our wedding night

they are not comfy and i have to agree with the other girls...find a dress that makes you feel beautiful they way you are!
try on corset type dresses they make you feel so skinny!!

Amen to that sister!!!!! I have a corset dress with rouching on the hip...talk about slimming...It cinches me in at all the right places and I can go down 3 sizes with that dress...Good luck with that as I still taste the chocolate ice cream I just ate..Yeesh I am hopeless!

Honestly you need to make sure your comfortable wearing them for a long period of time before you can decide if you should wear them on your wedding day. I was in a bridal party a few years ago, and wore them, and I ended up ripping them off 2 hours later bc they were sooo uncomfortable If you don't end up wearing them for your wedding then it's prob not a good idea to try dresses on with it either.

I'm a spanx freak. I know, I must love to torture myself. I always wear them, they make me feel smooth and finished. I probably won't wear them on my wedding day, but I did wear them when I was trying on dresses!

I rouching!!! It's an instant 10-15 pds off!!! I wish I could have that in all my clothes hahaha

i have a love hate relationship with spanx. I love them because they suck and tuck, but i have them because usually at the end of the night i have no cirulation in the lower part of my body.
if you dont plan on wearing them for wedding day dont wear them to try on dresses. Its way better to be realistic about sizes and have them takin in later than try and squeeze into something thats to small with the hopes of fitting in.
