Dress Shops on Long Island --Suggestions

I have tomorrow off because of the Jewish holiday. I am taking the opportunity to interview 4 photographers on Long Island tomorrow (i live in westchester). I've tried on 100's of gowns and still haven't found 'the one'.

Does anyone have suggestions for bridal shops on Long Island that sell unique or lots of different styles of bridal gowns? Or stores that have large selections at reasonable rates? I am thinking if I am already on Long Island I should stop by a few dress shops if possible.

I will be in Massapequa, Huntington, Lindenhurst and Mineola.

Thanks for your help. A LI bride, not from LI.

I went to Commack weddng Center, Helen's and Adrennes (sp?)

Adrennes had the biggest selection. They are out in Islip. Commack has a bigger selection than Helens but the service and people sucked when I went. The girls at Helens were soooo nice.

I've also heard there is an ok store on 110 in Melville.

Good Luck!

Give Burton's a try! They are in Huntington! They have alot of dresses there and if you don't find one they can get just about anyone for you as long as you have a pic or the designer. They were great on prices and great service! I got my girls and Moms gown from them. I kick myself for not getting mine there!(STAY AWAY from Addriene's) THey were horrible! If you need Butrons # FM me!

There's a little place called Carmelas Bridal Suite ( i think thats the name) in a shopping center with the Rare Olive Martini bar. They had some real nice dresses, so does Bridal Suite on 110 (very close to burton's if your going there). And there is also Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, a little pricier.
