Dress!!! You vs Model

Hey everyone...I saw this on another board...and it is AMAZING how much better the real life brides look then the models they choose for the ads

So I thought we could have some fun with this as well....Post a picture of you in the dress vs on the model!!

i hate when they model and you cant even see the dress! theres one EVE that only shows the back! I WANT TO SEE THE FRONT!!! they dont offer different views. and they are always in these weird positions.

I KNOW!!! Haha. They position them weird and they have the back of dresses to show. Its like ok where is the front.

I kinda agree...the model for my wedding dress looks like she's hanging from a noose in some of the pics LOL

ALthough my pics aren't much better cuz they're all from weird angles but I liked it much better actually on me then in the pic.

You know what I found very annoying. Some of the dresses I liked showed models SITTING! Way to get a good idea of how a dress will look. Weird!

I actually like the dress better on me than on the model. LOL

The model is so akward and ruins the dress.

I don't have a picture of myself in the dress (sounds silly but i was afraid FH would stumble upon it). However, i do like how i look in the dress much better than the model looks. My dress has a cathedral length train and the neckline on it is made for someone with an hourglass shape as opposed to the model who has the body of a 14 year old boy. It was too much dress for her. Funny enough after i was wearing it another girl was there shopping for her wedding gown and she saw me in it and wanted to try it on. When she tried it on (she was petite--about 5'-- and it didn't look right on her.)
