no lol, mine is duchess satin and has that look.

WEEL ATLEAST I KNOW IM NOT ALONE, I WAS THINKING SATIN WITH MAYBE SOME BEAD WORK ON THE TOP AND WHERE IT IS FITTED UP TILL MY WAIST AND THEN IT FLARES OUT, I DONT KNOW THE PROPER NAME FOR THAT CUT HOPEFULLY YOU GET WHAT IM SAYING THOUGH

well mine is silk and satin, thats what duchess satin is, its a mix and very good quality...i have pics in my album ...thats an A-line, theres also ballgown but ballgown comes out ALOT...i used to think a-line dresses were ballgowns, but when i went shopping the lady was like no those are A-lines, ballgowns are ALOT more poofy

I'm short and curvy too... this is the dress I got...

when i was at macys of manhasset i tried on a bunch of A-line dresses that were extremely flattering.

maybe go to a bridal salon and just try on...u may find exactly what you want in a style you wouldnt think you would wear.

i kno i just stated the obvious but the dress i picked in person i would have never chosen from the website.

i AGREE, dresses look so different in person...plus until you try them on you wont know what looks best on you...SOOOO many girls end up picking something they never thought they would

I went to the Bridal Suite in Bay Shore, but her dresses are available everywhere..
