Do you know what designer, style you want or are you going to try on a ton and decide from there?

Re: Dresses
Just like for my BM dresses, I found a bunch of Jim Hjelm mermaid style dresses that I love.

Re: Dresses
I was the opposite, I knew that I wanted my dress to be fitted. However, I did try on the ball gown b/c everyone says to be open minded and try on dressed you would never dream of but I think I want a mermaid gown. I have been to David's, Macy's and RK but there is one dress that I keep thinking about, so I will probably purchase it before the end of the month!

Re: Dresses
i know that i LOVE sweetheart necklines, corset style w/the ties in the back, and i really dont like strapless, i like the little side sleeves that go kinda off the shoulder but its like sheer material, know what i mean???
and i want it to be more than A-line as far as big on the bottom, but not toooooo princess big pouff
ive seen some really pretty Maggie Sottero ones that fit my style
something like this, but im open to try on different styles, i might be surprised once they are on me!!

Re: Dresses
I've been looking at a lot dresses online and right now I think I like too many different styles!! I've seen mermaid styles, A-lines and ballgowns that are gorgeous. But Im a pretty petite person so I'm a little worried that a ballgown would look like its swallowing me whole lol. Im def drawn to Maggie Sottero and Jim Hjelm dresses so far. I haven't tried on dresses yet, but I think I'll just keep an open mind when the time comes

Your ideas are so pretty. Very classic taste! I want to see what you decide when you do get one

Re: Dresses
I love Maggie Sottero's style too. She also has a line with Midgley(I think that's the spelling) that is amazing too. I want to go with an A-Line
