Dress/Weight Help

Dress/Weight Help

Hi Everyone:

I'm not a frequent posted on this forum but post once in awhile. I have a question about my dress.

I had my final fitting last night and my dress was too tight. It zipped but barely (the corset part would not clasp). Two weeks ago everything fit perfect.

I'm getting married next Saturday and the bridal salon asked that I come in Wednesday for another fitting to make sure it fits.

Does anyone have anytime of a diet I could follow to guarantee that I'll fit into my wedding dress?

Thank you ladies.

Cut out ALL
- SODA
- SALT
- CARBS
do some crunches every day,, and lots of water. If it is zipped than it fits.. but a few days of hardcore strict 'dieting' would work. You will be fine!!

Thank you

That's what I was thinking of doing but I was paraniod that it wouldn't work. It does zip but you can tell on the sides that it's pulling.

I agree with the above poster, get rid of carbs (have a bit of rice at dinner or something, but no giant pasta bowls!), and really cut back with the salt. Your body weight probably fluctuates a bit each month too (maybe you were slightly bloated that day) and I for one know that if I eat like a ton one day, the next day I have actually 'gained' like 2-3 pounds but after a day or two of regular eating the weight drops back to normal.

i agree with the other girls - dont eat carbs and salt and just watch your portions - i would stick to egg whites, salad, veggies, meat and only drink water - dont starve yourself you need to eat....im sure that will do the trick....

Just drink tons of water and limit the salt. Walk an hour very briskly every day....don't worry!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cut out sugar, carbs and watch your sodium. But make sure you do eat good sources of protein, along with lots of veggies. And drink lots of water!

This happened to my mom right before my brothers wedding.....she ate broiled fish with lemon and salads for a week....she lost the weight and the dress fit perfectly.....

and like the other girls said....no sugar or carbs, drink as much water as possible and avoid salty foods
