Drugs

Ok, this is king of a spin-off to the 'did you ever do anything bad in H.S' thread.

I saw a few people say they dabbled in some illegal things and to me that usually means drugs. SO anonymous or not what have you 'done'?

I smoked pot in high school. I haven't touched it since I had kids. Besides my children and their laughs are the greatest high any one could ever experience.

I tried POT...but Im a silly idiot when Im stoned so that was banned forever very quickly.

I got my best grades on tests while tripping out on acid in HS!!!

Never tried any. Either have any of my three sisters. Everyone with kids always asks us what our parents did 'right' that none of us ever tried drugs. We have no idea.

When I was super young I tried different drugs. But by the time I was 20 I was working as a club promoter for Limelight, and a few other clubs. During that time I was usually tripping my face off (acid) almost daily and I smoked pot. Those were the only drugs I would do. I stopped taking Acid about 10 years ago, and I quit smoking pot like 3 years ago. So now I'll have a few beers now and then but that's it for me. Drugs are for young people that don't know any better, and idiots!! It's so sad there are friends of mine that I've known for years that still do drugs, it's gross they are like 35 years old!! There is a time and a place to experiment but if you're doing drugs (and I don't mean pot) in your 30's it's just sad!!. I've partied enough and I definetly don't fell like I'm 'missing out'. I like being drug free.

I agree - it's so stupid when people over the age of 23 or 24 want to still trip and do ecstasy - get that out of the way when you're young.....life gets too complicated to do drugs when you get older....in my opinion they are only fun to do when you don't really have responsibilities...:)

Me too. After the kids, I will drink, after they are in bed and nothing else. I am scared of the feeling of not being able to take care of them properly.
