So the crazy weather totally dried out my hair. I'm going to put that hot oil stuff in it tonight but was wondering if anybody does anything special to repair their dry hair.

IMO, the best remedy is 'Queen Helene' cholesterol. It is so cheap, but works like a charm!!

Re: Dry Hair remedies
it sounds gross, but I have been doing it since I was 12.
wash hair, then put mayonaise in it. wrap it up in towel, leave hot water running in shower so it gets really steamy. Leave in as long as you can. then rinse a lot. It is a make shift hot oil treatment.

Re: Dry Hair remedies
there is a great product that will make your hair look amazing called Biosilk. It is a miracle in a bottle and a little bit goes a long way. It will add shine and get rid of frizziness. It is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Dry Hair remedies
Best bet - conditioning treatment at a salon.
Next best thing - get a super rich conditioner and put lots of it in your hair - then put a shower cap on and use the blow dryer on a warm setting to warm up the treatment. Leave it in your hair for at least 20 minutes.
