So I think I may have convinced FH to choose Duet. However he may just be tired of listening to me complain about not having a photographer yet. Anyway his concern is that we may have a hard time understanding the photographers and videographer the day of the wedding. Have any of you met with them? How was their english? TIA.
that is the only reason we did not go with them. I truly liked their work but after talking with them, I realized that I had missed half of what he had said because I didn't understand him. I have nothing against them I just wanted someone that I would have no issues communicating with for that day!! good luck
I have met with the photographers and they speak better english than Eric. If you search past reviews they say the launguage barrier was no problem.
I met with Jay(my photographer)from Duet and he spoke english quite well
I had a problem understanding Eric, but everyone else was fine
After hearing everyone rant and rave about DUET I think I may have to give them a call to see their work/prices!!

so I see.... that's the first place I am going to go when I book my hall!
I had the accent concern as well. However, the fact that sooo many people used them and are pleased makes me realize that they'll do a good job and communication wasn't a big deal. I understood Eric pretty well...
I wouldnt worry too much about...just get everything in writing.
it really isnt a problem. alberto took our casual day pics and he had no accent at all.
