did anyone else get told that they couldnt get the raw video footage??
up until now i was under the impression that we got everything and i was just told that we only get the edited version. is this correct?
i could have sworn that we got the raw as well....

I know for a fact that my contract states that we get the unedited raw video footage as well as maybe 3 edited dvds, plus 1 in a fancy 3-fold leather case.
I have not heard of that as of yet.

I got my video last week, 3 edited DVD in a nice leather cases....I was told that they are working on my raw video right now and it should be ready in few weeks....
My contract also states that I get the raw footage...check yours Tricia....

yes - another thing i notced on my contract was that he said 60-80 pics in my album depending on the layout - and my contract says 60 maximum. whats up with that?
i swear they have to have new people working there - because the way everyone else RAVED about them and their work - i feel like something drastic had to have changed.

I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for the DVD of your pics. I found so many nice pics on my DVD that weren't printed for me.

I dont think there are **issues** I think that people just expect SO much and really they are just responsible for what is in your contract.. make sureyou have everything you want in your contract and you'll be fine.

I don't see what else they could have done to fix the issue. I would have been more upset if they only took the garunteed number of pics and missed something.

i am very glad that you were happy with your wedding pics. i am not and it hurts me that the memories i have from that day are not what they were presented to be. i have no kiss of us @ the altar - i have no pics of certain family members that were on my please make sure you get this person list - i can go on and on about my disapointments.
some of my shots are absolutely stunning - but there is an element missing that used to be in their work.
i agree - they have been trying to 'fix' any issues i have - but there will never again be a november 11, 2006. there isnt much that can be done when somethings just arent there.

Well then those are separate issues that you have the right to be upset about... I was only speaking about the negative cd that everyone is making a huge deal out of.
