Duet ?

Duet ?

We booked with Duet and we get 2 photographers and 1 videographer.. I heard they bring a 'team' of people. Are we responsible for feeding this team or just the 2 photogs and 1 videographer???

i think the team are the videographer and the 2 photogs

yes you're right. The team consists of the 2 photographer and the 1 videographer

I have heard from previous brides that they bring a bunch of people to help them out with everything, but I have also heard that it is just the 2 photographers, and videographer if you are having one.

You know thats what i heard too!! From a big photography studio (fm me if you wanna know who). I mean the guy who told me this was obviously just trying to make them look bad, but he said that they bring a whole team of assistants--like 5-- who are training. Not sure if he was telling the truth but made me hesitant to make an appointment with them. I would call and ask them to find out for sure.

in general you are responsible for feeding all of them, if they bring 5 five people, then 5 should be feed. however, mention it to whoever you signed your contract with b/c obviously this can become costly.....for example, i have a band but they also bring guys to set up and control the speakers, so i have to feed 11 people!!! my mom told them thats sooo much money, so i will only be feeding half since they will share or eat at the cocktail hour only.
