Duet - album question

Hi everyone!! I'm thinking I'd most love to go with Duet for photography for my wedding. But I am slightly considering doing our own albums (my sister is a graphic designer and I'm sure would do an amazing job). Is it possible to have a package with Duet minus the albums?

And one more question...if you didn't go with Duet for video, who did you go with? I wonder if I can cut some $$ corners by going with someone else for video. THANKS!!!
