My FH and I recently signed with Duet for photography and video services. The only afterthought I have after having looked over the contract, is if we get the raw footage for the video. It doesn't say it in the contract. I was wondering if anyone knows if that's automatic, and if it specifically states that in your contract. Thanks...
I asked for it and they wrote it in my contract. Just call them and ask them for it and they will add it to the contract.
I also had it included in my contract that I get the unedited video. Just ask.... I'm sure they will do it with no prob.
mine also says 'unedited master tape included'
I just spoke to them yesterday arrange to pick up my proofs (YAY!!!) and Nicole told me that we get the raw footage after the finish the job.
They told me I can have mine, but it's not written in my contract. I'll let you know if I have any problems.
