so we're thinking about booking duet, and have heard lots of great things about them - does anyone have anything bad to say about them? if there's anything to worry about, i'd like to know before i booked. also, who would you recommend there?

Sorry I can't say anything bad yet...I just booked them a couple of weeks ago and they are probably the vendor I am most excited about. I hear good things about all of them but more so about Alberto and Woo, but Jay and his team is good. So I hear! I read that a few people find the language thing bothers them but I DO NOT have a problem understanding them and feel that the pictures speak for themselves. Good Luck! Cara

I have nothing bad to say about them- I am a duet bride- After seeing MANY photographers I knew when i saw them that their work was top notch and they would be fabulous!

Personally I have nothing bad to say about them also. I will say that when I first booked them and I was making a date to do my engagement shoot I was skeptical because of the communication with Eric and Nicole (language barrier/accent). After meeting with Alberto-the photographer (who speaks perfectly clear), I knew that I'd rather a photographer that does his work well, cares about the bride and her happiness, and also the quality of the pictures. All in all even though it is hard to understand them at times it's all worth it because their work is great and they do right by the customer. I felt extremely comfortable with Alberto and so did FH. And Fh hates taking pics and he was great that day.
Their work is amazing and as of now I feel I have nothing to really worry over.

I booked them too. After seeing 3 other photographers I really like Duet. FH was nervous b/c of the language barrier, but after meeting with them a second time, I think he's more comfortable.

FH and I saw five photographers before booking Duet. We are very happy with our choice so far. I haven't heard anything bad about them.

I love Duet..nothing bad to say..they did our engagement pictures and Alberto did an awesome job. Can't wait for them to shoot the wedding and Eric to do the video!!
