Are any of you scheduling a final meeting with your photographer before the wedding? Sue said that it isn't mandatory but would be good. What are you doing??

I dont have my stuff in front of me, but I plan to have a final meeting with them.
My friend used them as well last year and if memory serves, i think she had a final with them .

I actually just asked Eric at Duet yesterday about a final meeting and he said we will do it about 2 months before the big day.
I'll give them the must take list and printouts of pics that I really like and pics to recreate.
I am going to have a final meeting with all my vendors... I personally think it's very important.

I actually have a meeting with Eric this coming Friday to finalize all the small details & times. I think it's always a good idea to double check everything but then again I'm a control freak

We're meeting with Alberto today. I think it's important to talk to someone face to face. I'd feel better knowing that I communicated everything that I wanted directly to the person that is taking the pictures. I'd recommend doing it just because I feel it would alleviate some stress.

I had it and it's worth going. They go over the timeline and when they will be where they are supposed to be. Also online they have two forms you need to fill out. One is a time schedule and the other is must take pictures. They also go over that with you.

I went yesterday. It was not big deal. You honestly could have done it over the phone. You sit with your photographer and you fill out the two forms ( or you could have filled them out online) and just go over the times and the meeting places. The whole meeting was about 10 minutes long.
