do they contact you before your wedding regarding must take photos, etc.? or do you contact them?

I was wondering the exact same thing today!

I just called them and spoke with Danny

They said go on the website and fill out the Wedding Schedule and Photo Checklist

then confirm with them that they received it via phone

they said as close to the wedding as possible schedule a meeting with your photographer to go through the schedule and list to make sure there is no confusion

those meetings are held between 10-6pm Tuesday through Thursday and if those times don't work, you can do it over the phone

i contacted them and set up an appt and met with Alberto about a month before.

I contacted them to actually meet with my Photographer and go over things I was looking for and how the day was gonna go. You can give him your must take photo list that day. (I forgot to bring pics of what I wanted -aside from the checklist they have on their site- and just handed them to him the day of & he did a great job doing most of them, if not all)
